If we are to succeed i business we have to be able to listen and learn and develop. Quite possibly he could use some of or even all of your ideas and incorporate them into what he is already doing - wait - that takes initiative - and why change what is working? Because it won’t work forever! The sooner you realize that you need to keep growing and changing and molding – the better and quicker you will be successful at what you are doing. Good Job Erik!
